Order Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only and will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after your payment is cleared.

Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If your order contains PRE-ORDERED items then all items will be shipped together once our stock has arrived.

Australia Domestic Shipping

We are based in Australia and we ship all orders via Australia Post (Standard Parcel Post). Tracking numbers will be provided.

FLAT RATE Domestic shipping at $12.00 or FREE with minimum purchase of $100.00.

Delivery time for Australia domestic is between 2-10 working days depending on location.

International Shipping

FLAT RATE to New Zealand at $25.00

Delivery time to New Zealand is 10-20 working days.
